Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders. Scott has over 11 years of experience in providing creative and innovative benefits solutions for companies.  He has been quoted in several articles related to the current environment for executive benefit plans.   

Scott is a member of both the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), as well holding Series 6 and 63 licenses.  He is a distinguished graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and currently serves as Vice President, IT, Marketing and Public Relations of The Todd Organization.
