As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Mike Layne consults with banks of all sizes across the nation. Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders.

Mike has a banking background, and more than 17 years of experience as a consultant providing creative and innovative benefit solutions to banks and non bank corporations. He has extensive knowledge of compensation trends, benefit plan designs, BOLI products, accounting, and compliance issues related to the banking marketplace.

Mike holds CLU and CHFC designations from The American College, Series 6, 63, and general Life and Health licenses. He is a distinguished graduate of Washington & Lee University.
