Roger has over 22 years of experience in providing creative and innovative benefits solutions for companies.

As a recognized leader in his industry, Roger has been a featured speaker at industry and professional organizations, including the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Association of CPAs.  Roger is also a past president of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting.  Roger holds a BS in Business Administration and a JD from the School of Law at UNC-Chapel Hill. Roger is also a CPA.
