As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Leonard Wilson consults with primarily Fortune 1000 and large privately held companies and banks in the Southwest, to develop the best possible executive benefits plan for each entity. Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders, as well as innovative programs to finance the organization’s benefit structure. Leonard has a number of years of experience in providing creative and innovative benefits solutions for companies. 

Prior to entering the benefit consulting field, he served in several senior lending positions with large regional and international banks. He holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Southern Methodist University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, where he served on the faculty for three years.
