- Executive education – Participating executives are introduced to each new plan, or re-acquainted with existing plans, with a detailed summary of plan provisions and alternatives, as well as answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- Board presentations – Todd consultants, plan design experts, and administrative service professionals are available for board presentations and company-wide participant teaching sessions.
- SAS 70 Type II certification –The Todd Organization has attained an unqualified SAS 70 Type II audit. The Statement on Auditing Standards no. 70 (SAS 70) is the standard for demonstrating the existence and effectiveness of internal controls at a Deferred Compensation plan administration provider. - Online enrollment – Todd offers fully automated Internet enrollment. Deferral elections, account creations, payout selection, and funds choices are all available.
- Internet access – Todd’s online benefits administration site, Toddlink.com, allows plan participants to review and manage all aspects of their accounts. Participants may reallocate investment selections within deferral accounts. Plan managers and human resources executives have access to valuable reports, account balances, and ongoing asset-liability figures.
- Periodic management and board reviews – Todd conducts regular comprehensive plan reviews that concentrate on company objectives, financing strategies, and plan performance. These reviews allow companies to regularly monitor and, if necessary, amend plans to meet new or evolving objectives.
- Financial and audit reporting – Through the year, Todd provides plan managers with plan reports that include detailed, expert summaries. In addition, periodic audits, by both internal and external quality assurance teams, ensure the accuracy and integrity of plan data.
- Phone access – A toll-free 800 number provides all plan participants with direct access to a benefits administrator with expertise in the details of their plan.
