As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, David Peacock consults with companies of all sizes across the nation to develop the best possible executive benefits plan for each. Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders. David has over 10 years of experience in providing creative and innovative benefits solutions for companies. 

David frequently speaks around the country to educate other financial professionals on the relevance of well-structured benefit programs for key executives.  He brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to companies, which has lead to numerous industry awards.  Most recently he has authored an article “Six Steps to Better Executive Plans” for the Journal of Compensation and Benefits and "Retirement Plans: New Key to Compensation Mix" for the Dallas Business Journal.  David is currently serving as the Vice President, Membership of The Todd Organization. He holds a Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College and is a distinguished graduate of the Cox School of Business.
