Cal has more than 35 years experience working with corporations and banks to assist them in the design and implementation of executive benefit plans. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance. He holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and is a financial advisor. Cal and his wife, Veeta, live in Little Rock, and are active in many community activities.

Scott Rollin is an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, and  specializes in nonqualified benefit plan design, analysis, funding, and implementation for key employees of private and publicly-held corporations.

He has been in the business since 1988 and has experience consulting to corporations on compensation and benefits issues, nonqualified benefit plan security, funding, and plan administration issues.  Scott has worked with public and private companies of all sizes and from a range of industries, including: general/diversified manufacturing, insurance, banking, financial services, construction, chemical manufacturing, healthcare, marketing/information services, public utilities, print media/publishing, food wholesaling/distribution, non-profits, and general retailing.  He has spent his career providing creative and innovative benefits solutions for all of his clients.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Economics and Finance.  In his personal time, Scott is active in fundraising for the American Cancer Society on a local and regional level.  He also enjoys golf,  travel, wine, and summer fishing.
