As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Bill Landers consults with companies, primarily financial institutions, of all sizes across the nation to develop the best possible executive benefits plan for each.  Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders. Bill has been providing creative and innovative benefits solutions for companies since 1996.

Bill has spoken and written frequently on topics related to benefits and bank owned life insurance (BOLI), including his article entitled, “A Guide to Bank Owned Life Insurance,” published in the January/February 2005 issue of ABA Trust & Investment magazine. 

Prior to his experience as an Executive Benefits Consultant, Bill practiced law for more than 20 years at Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C., in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was a shareholder and head of the firm's Litigation Section.  Bill was active in both bar association activities, having served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association, and civic activities. He practiced law in numerous state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, where he successfully argued the case of Allen v. Wright in 1984. 

Bill graduated with distinction from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1974 and from Mississippi State University in 1972.
