Bill manages The Todd Organization plan administration practice and advises companies of the impact of mergers and acquisitions on Non-Qualified Plans.  He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, and is a distinguished graduate of Xavier University.
