As a BOLI/Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Hayes Holderness’ primary responsibilities involve the marketing of bank owned life insurance (BOLI) for existing liabilities as well as in conjunction with financing new benefit plans for senior executives and board members.  Hayes has over 18 years of experience in providing creative and innovative benefits and insurance solutions for companies.  He has been a featured speaker on BOLI and executive benefit plans at numerous industry meetings and state educational forums, as well as a featured author in various professional publications, including American Banker, CFO Magazine, Plan Sponsor, and Financial Planning.

Hayes served on the Executive Committee of The Todd Organization from 2007-2009.  He is a member of various industry groups, including AALU and the North Carolina Bankers Association.

Hayes is a distinguished graduate of the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) and was an officer with The First National Bank of Atlanta before joining Todd.  His extracurricular activities include civic work, the Boy Scout program, and golf.
