Based upon the strategic objectives of the company, he works to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding senior executives. Ken has over 30 years of experience in providing creative and innovative Executive Benefit solutions for corporations and financial institutions. In addition to consulting with corporations, Ken also conducts seminars on Executive Benefit planning for professional groups.

Ken holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations and has a BA in Business from Northeastern University (Boston, MA), as well as an MBA from Miami University (Oxford, OH).
