As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Leonard Wilson consults with primarily Fortune 1000 and large privately held companies and banks in the Southwest, to develop the best possible executive benefits plan for each entity. Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders, as well as methods of  financing the organization’s benefit structure. Leonard has over 18 years of experience in providing advanced benefits solutions for companies and banks.

Prior to entering the benefit consulting field, he served in several senior lending positions with large regional and international banks. He holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College and is member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, having served on the Non-Qualifed Plans Committee. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, his MBA from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, where he served on the faculty for three years.
