As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Rich DeVita consults with companies of all sizes across the nation to develop the best possible executive benefits plan for each. Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders.

Rich has over 22 years of experience in providing creative and innovative benefit solutions for companies. He is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and currently serves as the chair of the Non-Qualified Plans committee for the organization. Through his affiliation with AALU, he meets annually with legislators in Washington to discuss the direction of policy affecting non-qualified plan sponsors.

Rich holds Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from the American College and is a distinguished graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
