As President with The Todd Organization, Gil Harvard has over 20 years of experience consulting with companies of all sizes across the nation to develop creative and innovative executive benefit plans for each company. Based on the goals of the company, he works with them to identify the solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding leaders. Gil is a member of Finseca, and he also serves on the Executive Committee of The Todd Organization.

Gil is a graduate of Mercer University with a B.A. in History. He and his wife, Ashley, have four daughters. Gil is an avid golfer and a member of Settindown Creek Golf Club and Mountain Lake. He writes and speaks regularly on the topics of Executive Benefits and BOLI related topics. He authored an article for Employee Benefit Advisor titled “How a Retirement Plan Option Can Keep Executives Accountable for Life” (Aug. 2016).
