As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Jim North, Jr. assists companies in the design and administration of executive benefit plans. In consort with corporate leadership, Jim develops strategies to recruit, retain and reward senior management. These plans increase shareholder value by incenting key executives. Jim employs a holistic approach which complements existing compensation programs, qualified plans, equity incentives and employment contracts.

With more than 30 years of trusted experience in financial services, Jim holds four securities licenses (Series 6, 63, 65 & 7), holds a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter designation, and has a degree in Economics.
