Wes Spiro is an Executive Benefits Consultant with the Todd Organization, helping both public and private companies throughout the U.S. He enjoys working directly with executives and leaders to design and implement strategies to reward and retain top talent while driving shareholder value. Wes started his career with PwC in the Private Company Service Group and is a CPA. Additionally, Wes is a CERTIFIED FINANICAL PLANNER^TM professional. Wes is a member of Finseca, and he also serves on the Executive Committee of The Todd Organization.

Wes is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with bachelors and master’s degrees in accounting. Wes and his wife, Stacy, have two sons. When not working, Wes enjoys spending time with family, golf, tennis, travel and finding new restaurants to visit.
