As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Geoff Stalker brings a unique skill set to the executive market. Companies want cost-effective and tax efficient solutions, to attract and reward their senior talent.

Frequently, blind challenges prevent executives from properly coordinating all benefits being offered. With a strong background in tax qualified plans, such as 401k, 403b, and DB pension plans, Geoff is better positioned to integrate recommendations from equity incentive to deferred compensation to qualified plans.

Contribution amounts and distribution timing must be elected at enrollment for the busy executive. Without a process to communicate and coordinate all benefits available, oversight and omissions can and do occur, resulting in less than optimal outcomes.

Geoff has developed a process of benefit coordination so that opportunities can be maximized from a broader perspective, including company match calculations, distribution timing and integration with other retirement income sources.

Geoff has more than 25 years of trusted experience in the financial services industry. Geoff holds four securities licenses (Series 6, 63, 66 & 7), holds a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Chartered Life Underwriter designation, and is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist. Geoff is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
